Multiple User Roles

TweetFunnel supports administrator, publisher, contributor and guest roles. Contributor and guest tweets go into a review queue so that editorial control can be applied.

Multiple Account Support

TweetFunnel supports multiple Twitter accounts and also has an All Accounts tab.  A single tweet can be submitted to multiple Twitter accounts simultaneously.

Works When Twitter Isn’t Working

Because it caches tweets, TweetFunnel is not dependent on Twitter being available for its internal tweet workflow to function.

TweetFunnel has flexible alert scheduling for Brand Monitor terms.  User can be alerted via email or SMS text.  An alert interval can be defined per alert.

Salesforce.com Integration

Set up Tweet-to-Lead to turn tweets into new Salesforce leads.  Assign inquiries to your sales team right inside the application that they work in all day.  Works with all versions of Salesforce.com except for the Contact Manager edition.

Guest Tweeting

Place a widget on your site that allows your audience to contribute to your Twitter stream(s).  All Guest Tweets must be approved by a TweetFunnel administrator.
